Terms and Conditions for Pokephd Buylist Service

1. Introduction and Service Overview

Welcome to Pokephd's Buylist Service. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of trading cards and sealed products to Pokephd through our UK buylist programme. By submitting cards or sealed products to Pokephd, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

2. Accepted Products

Pokephd currently accepts the following items through our buylist service:

  • Individual trading cards meeting our condition requirements
  • Sealed products in original factory packaging

We do not accept bulk lots, damaged packaging, or items outside these categories at this time.

3. Card Condition Requirements

Grading Standards

All cards submitted to Pokephd must meet our strict condition standards. We maintain a Near Mint (NM) only policy for all individual cards accepted through our buylist.

Sleeving Requirements

All individual cards must be placed in penny sleeves before shipment to Pokephd. This requirement protects your cards during transit and is mandatory for all submissions.

4. Pricing and Price Holds

Quote Validity

All price quotes provided by Pokephd are valid for 7 days from the date of the quote. After 7 days, prices may be subject to change based on market fluctuations. If market conditions shift significantly, Pokephd reserves the right to adjust quoted prices.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum total value for any buylist submission is £20 GBP. Orders below this threshold will not be processed. This minimum ensures efficient processing and fair resource allocation for our UK team.

5. Shipping Instructions

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending cards or sealed products to Pokephd. This includes:

  • All carrier fees (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, etc.)
  • Insurance and tracking (highly recommended)
  • Packaging materials

Shipping Security

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) for all submissions. Pokephd is not responsible for packages lost in transit or damaged by carriers. Please retain your proof of postage.

6. Receiving and Authentication Process

Processing Timeline

Pokephd aims to authenticate and assess condition within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, such as new set releases.

7. Condition Verification and Rejections

Return of Rejected Items

Cards not meeting our condition requirements will be returned at the seller's expense. Pokephd will provide an invoice for return shipping costs (via tracked service). Once paid, the items will be dispatched back to you. Pokephd is not responsible for items rejected after inspection if the seller chooses not to pay for return shipping within 30 days.

8. Payment Terms

Payment Timeline

Upon successful authentication, payment will be processed within 48 hours.

Accepted Payment Methods

Pokephd accepts payment via:

  • Store Credit - Added to your Pokephd account for future purchases
  • Bank Transfer (BACS) - Direct deposit to a UK bank account

9. Liability and Limitations

Risk of Loss

Pokephd assumes responsibility for items only upon physical receipt and signing for the delivery. Items lost or damaged in transit from the seller to us are the seller's responsibility.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Pokephd collects and processes personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information is used solely for the purpose of completing your transaction and will not be shared with third parties except for shipping and payment processing.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
